Why do I feel stuck?
Feeling stuck can have several root causes, but most often it is the incompatibility between a desire and a belief. We may want to reach a certain objective or outcome, but there may be some internal voices that contradict that direction. It may be that the desire is not actually in our best interest, or it may be that we are held back by old beliefs which we inherited from our family and society, and which have nothing to do with how we want to live our life.
Whether this reflects in the inability to choose among many interests or directions, being afraid to take a leap in a new direction, procrastinating or drawing a blank when it comes to your future, there is always an internal conflict that keeps us from moving powerfully forward.
And sometimes it's as simple as not having taken the time or asked the right questions to define the outcome you want, so that the motivation within you has a clear direction in which to flow.
How to say No
Saying "No" is actually linked to setting boundaries. A boundary is not necessarily a "push away", but it simply defines who we are and what we like and don't like. It does not mean an aggression towards other people, we can all coexist despite having different preferences and views.
Saying "no" means respecting your own autonomy, your own journey, as well as the other person's. It is about showing up as yourself, and giving the other person the respect and honor to let them show up fully as themselves. A "no" does not mean rejection, it simply spells a personal preference, need or boundary. And within a relationship that has mutual respect, there are ways to find a solution that can work for both parties, without crossing boundaries.
What is the Law of Attraction?
The Law of Attraction can be talked about in different ways; it can also be called the Law of Mirroring.
The principle behind it is that the world we live in operates based on energy. And the energy we put out into the world will be the energy that is reflected back to us.
In different words, what you focus on you will attract in your life. Sometimes it's a very obvious scenario where you start the day with something going wrong, you get angry and start to blame the world for being against you, and during the day you will encounter more evidence that this is true. Other times it is less obvious, with the subconscious mind running the show and deciding what beliefs will continue to reflect in your life.
Understanding more about the Law of Attraction will help you choose better thoughts, generate higher-frequency emotions and be more focused in creating the kind of world you want to live in.
